Dr Wieslaw Zelazek was graduated from Military Medical Academy Lodz in 1974.

He had started his medical career as a registrar in Military Hospital in Gdansk, and later he was appointed as a consultant of internal medicine and gastroenterology. From 1992 to 2007 Mr Zelazek was posted to the Dora Nginza Hospital Port Elisabeth ( Republic of South Africa) as a consultant of internal medicine. Since 2007 he has been working as GP in Ireland.

Dr Zelazek is registered in Irish Medical Council as a General Practitioner, as well as internal medicine and gastroenterology specialist.

He is a member of European Crohn's and Colitis Organisation and Irish Society of Gastroenterology.
